Choose the GA4 property for which you want to set up conversion events.
On the left-hand menu, click on "Configure" (gear icon) to access the admin panel.
In the "Property" column, click on "Conversions."
You'll see a list of "Recommended events to mark as conversions" based on the events currently being tracked on your website. You can choose any of these recommended events or click on "Create Custom Conversion Event" to create a new one.
To create a custom conversion event:
Click on "Create Custom Conversion Event."
In the "Event name" field, enter the name of the event you want to mark as a conversion. Make sure the name matches the event name you're tracking in your GA4 property. This is case sensitive.
Optionally, you can set a conversion value for this event. This can be useful for tracking revenue generated by the conversion or other relevant metrics. Enter a numerical value or select "Use event parameter," and specify the parameter name that holds the value.
Click on "Save."
Once you have set up conversion events, Google Analytics will start tracking these events and display them in the "Conversions" section of your GA4 property. You can use this data to analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and make informed decisions to optimize your website's performance.

Kiai Barretto, who is the owner of KLB Solutions, worked for me for about 5 years as the sole IT person in my Hawaiian Tour company. He built the site out to be about 12,000 pages and represented over 400 vendors and over 1500 separate tours. At the time it was the largest and most comprehensive tour company website in the state of Hawaii. He was responsible not only for the build-out of the site but all the maintenance and everything that entailed. He was always available and never disappointed. The most impressive thing about Kiai to me was that whatever I would dream up for the site, he was able to make it happen. He is extremely bright and capable, and he never let me down.
The team at KLB Solutions really listens to what their clients are looking for and what functions they need for their business. They work hard to get the job done right and make sure we are satisfied with the results and performance. If you want a team that knows the business, tech space, can give you quality, efficient work without padding the bill, AND REALLY HEARS WHAT YOU WANT I highly recommend giving them a try! You won't be disappointed!
My company ROI Marketing Firm uses KLB Solutions, LLC and could not be happier. Their services have made us more automated, increased our ROI's, and allowed us to free up more time in the work week to work ON our business instead of IN our business!
