Onboarding
Our Client Success Manager will meet with you and introduce your new team member. At this time we will record the meeting while you go over your initial goals, communication methods, and initial tasks that you have planned.
Ongoing Support
Our Client Success Manager will check in with your team members regularly to ensure that the process is going smoothly. You will have full access to your Personal Remote Administrator. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact your Client Success Manager.
